Polyester Acrylic Tape

Electronics factories need a special tape. It must be very thin, withstand high heat, and be removable without leaving sticky residue. Polyester acrylic tape meets all these requirements. Its backing is PET polyester film, which is tough and strong and does not stretch easily. The adhesive is acrylic (also called "acrylic acid"). What makes acrylic adhesive special? It resists high temperatures, maintaining performance up to 120℃ or even 150℃ for extended periods. It also has excellent aging resistance. When removed, it leaves a clean surface with no residue. These three features make polyester acrylic tape a common material in electronics and die-cutting applications.

One customer manufactures refrigerators. They use the tape to hold door seals in place during production. After the foaming step, they remove the tape. Older tapes left residue, which was difficult to clean. After switching to our polyester acrylic tape, the removal is clean, requiring no extra cleaning. Another customer works in die-cutting, producing gaskets in various shapes. Our tape is stiff, easy to die-cut, and dimensionally stable, so the shapes remain accurate. Tape thickness ranges from 0.025 mm to 0.3 mm. The thinnest, 25 microns, is thinner than a human hair.

Available colors include transparent, white, black, blue, green, and yellow. The black type blocks light and is used in backlight units to prevent light leakage. Width is customizable, with a maximum of 1020 mm. Length depends on thickness. Production time is approximately 10 working days, with faster turnaround for repeat orders. A 3-month warranty is provided. If products are damaged, we will replace them or provide a refund, depending on the situation. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
