Masking tape is a roll of adhesive tape made with masking paper as the base material, coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side and release material on the other. It is commonly known in the industry as masking pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. It features high temperature resistance, chemical solvent resistance, high adhesion, flexibility, and leaves no residue after removal.

This tape is classified by temperature (room temperature, medium temperature, high temperature), by tack (low tack, medium tack, high tack), and by color (natural color, colored). Common specifications include widths of 6-48 mm and lengths of 10-50 yards, packaged in cardboard boxes. It is mainly used for masking and protecting automotive paint, and in the electronics and circuit board industries. Before use, ensure the substrate is dry and clean, and conduct trial tests depending on the material. English name: MASKING TAPE.
