Our Clear BOPP Tape uses a BOPP film as the base. This film gets a corona treatment. The treatment makes a rough surface. Then the glue sticks very well. We use a water-based acrylic adhesive. This glue has no poison. It has no smell. The initial tack is strong. It sticks to a carton as soon as you touch it. We did a test. We put a 25mm wide tape on a steel plate. The peel strength was over 6.5N. That number means it is hard to pull off.

Many buyers worry about tape opening during shipping. Our product holds for more than 24 hours. That means it keeps its stickiness after one full day. The tensile strength is also high. Our standard product reaches 75N/25mm. You can pull hard, and it will not break. The thickness comes in options from 40μm to 70μm. For e-commerce, we suggest 48mm width and 45-50μm thickness. This size gives the best value. For heavy cartons, we recommend 55-60mm width and over 50μm thickness. Our Clear BOPP Tape works with hand dispensers and automatic packing machines. Lead time depends on order size. Repeat orders are faster because we save your settings.

We support custom printing. You can put your logo on the tape. Minimum order is about 5,000 square meters. You can mix different colors in one order. Payment is 30% deposit before production. Then 70% balance before shipment. We accept USD, EUR, and RMB. For packing, we use standard export packing unless you tell us otherwise. We can follow your specific packing request. Store this product in a dry and ventilated place. Keep it away from direct sun. Shelf life is about one year. Remember it is for one-time use. Do not re-stick it.
