The length can go up to 8000 meters. One roll weighs between 200kg and 250kg. We price it per square meter. The price is much lower than small finished rolls. That is because we save the slitting and packing costs. Many slitting factories buy our BOPP Adhesive Jumbo Roll directly. They then slit it into 48mm, 60mm, or other sizes. Then they sell under their own brand.

Our jumbo roll quality is very stable. This stability comes from our coating process. We use a fully automatic high-speed coating machine. It has high precision. The dry adhesive thickness is controlled between 15μm and 30μm. The tolerance is very small. That means every small tape roll you slit will have the same stickiness. No rolls that are sticky and others that are not. Our BOPP raw film thickness is from 23μm to 38μm. Add the glue layer, and the total thickness is 35μm to 75μm. You can choose based on your customers' needs. We have clear, beige, and colored jumbo rolls. Colors can be custom.
