Hd Clear Packing Tape

Have you seen tape that almost disappears after you apply it? That is our HD Clear Packing Tape. It is different from normal clear tape. Normal clear tape looks foggy or slightly yellow. Our HD tape uses crystal-grade BOPP film. The industry calls it "crystal film". The light transmission is very high. The haze is very low. After you apply it, it is nearly invisible. It does not block text, logos, or barcodes on the carton. This feature is very important for brand packaging. You spent a lot of money on a beautiful box design. Do not ruin it with foggy tape.

Our adhesive is also special. Normal glue dries with a little whiteness. Our glue has high clarity. It blends with the base material. We recommend 50μm thickness. This thickness gives enough strength without hurting clarity. If you need to seal heavy or large items, choose 60μm or 90μm. Those are stronger. Our tensile strength on BOPP base is above 75N/25mm. If you choose polyester base, it can reach 265N/25mm. But polyester is slightly less clear than BOPP. So for HD Clear Packing Tape, we recommend BOPP crystal film.
