PVC adhesive tape is an industrial strip material made from a flexible PVC film as the base material, coated with a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Its typical characteristics include abrasion resistance, a temperature range of -20℃ to 120℃ (short-term temperature resistance up to 200℃), and a tensile strength of 25 N/cm. As a cable accessory, it is mainly used in industrial applications such as electrical equipment insulation wrapping and pipeline protection.
During storage, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity environments. It is recommended to store it flat in a cool, dry place. Before use, clean the surface of the object to be bonded. Maintaining an ambient temperature of 15-35℃ during application will achieve the best bonding effect. After removing the release paper, the bonding operation should be completed in one go to avoid secondary positioning, which may affect the bonding strength.
