PVC Adhesive Tape Materials And Processes

Apr 14, 2026 Leave a message

Utilizing flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film as the substrate, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is evenly coated onto the film surface using a precision coating process. The adhesive layer thickness is precisely controlled to ensure bonding strength while maintaining material flexibility, meeting the requirements of industrial manual operations.

The substrate uses VHB material as a backing, complemented by white release paper to protect the adhesive surface. The production process includes key steps such as film pretreatment, coating and curing, slitting and winding, forming a continuous production line.

Physical Properties

The product's total thickness of 62mm balances mechanical strength and ease of construction, including:

Temperature Resistance: Long-term operating temperature range covers -20℃ to 120℃; can withstand short-term exposure at 200℃.

Mechanical Properties: Longitudinal tensile strength reaches 25N/cm; transverse elongation meets industrial material standards.

Environmental Adaptability: Possesses resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for complex working environments.
