Fabric-based adhesive tape uses a thermally laminated base of polyethylene and fabric fibers. It is coated with a high-viscosity synthetic adhesive, exhibiting strong peel strength, tensile strength, grease resistance, aging resistance, temperature resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is a high-adhesion tape with strong adhesion.
Fabric-based adhesive tape is mainly used for sealing cartons, splicing carpets, heavy-duty binding, and waterproof packaging. It is also frequently used in the automotive, papermaking, and electromechanical industries for applications requiring strong waterproofing, such as in car cabins, chassis, and cabinets. It is easy to die-cut.
Fabric-based adhesive tape can be categorized into hot-melt fabric-based tape and rubber-based fabric-based tape, depending on the adhesive used.
Furthermore, depending on requirements, there are double-sided and single-sided fabric-based tapes.
The yellow fabric-based tape used in the papermaking industry is almost entirely imported. Only one manufacturer in Jiangsu province produces it domestically.
According to color, it can be divided into: black cloth tape, silver-gray cloth tape, green cloth tape, red cloth tape, white cloth tape, and tan cloth tape.
