PVC tape is a special type of tape based on PVC (polyvinyl chloride). By adding light-blocking materials and a high-adhesion adhesive layer, it combines sealing, fixing, and light-blocking functions.
This tape uses a PVC film as its base, with a light-blocking layer formed on the surface through a coating process. This effectively blocks more than 90% of visible light and ultraviolet rays, preventing light penetration and aging or interference with internal components. The adhesive layer uses an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, achieving a balance between high initial tack and long-lasting tack through molecular chain structure design, ensuring firm adhesion to surfaces such as metal, plastic, and glass. Tensile fibers are added between the base material and the adhesive layer to improve overall tear resistance and prevent detachment due to handling or vibration.
