Double-sided adhesive tape is a common bonding material in industrial fields. Its core function is to achieve a stable bond between different materials through the adhesive layer. Industrial-grade double-sided tape, due to its need to withstand complex environments, has higher requirements for parameters such as temperature resistance, adhesive strength, and tear resistance.
This tape has a total thickness of 0.15mm and consists of a three-layer structure: two 0.05μm thin-film substrate layers on the top and bottom, and a 0.10cm pure adhesive layer in the middle. The adhesive layer uses a high-viscosity formula, achieving an adhesive strength of 96N/cm on steel surfaces and a tensile strength of 300N/cm, capable of withstanding significant tensile force without breaking. Its temperature resistance range is -20°C to 120°C, suitable for both high-temperature processing and low-temperature environments. It is available in rolls, with 360 rolls per box for easy bulk storage and transportation.
