PVC Packing Tape

Custom PVC Packing Tape is different from BOPP tape. PVC tape is softer and more elastic, allowing it to stick to uneven surfaces such as pipe elbows and wire harness branches. It also has good electrical insulation, preventing electric leakage and keeping electrical work safe. This tape is wear-resistant and resistant to oil and acid. Many factories use it for pipe marking and wire bundling. Arrows or words can be printed on the tape-for example, a printed arrow on a pipe shows flow direction and indicates whether the pipe carries water or steam.

Our Custom PVC Packing Tape uses a PVC film base. Thickness ranges from 0.11 mm to 0.25 mm. For electrical work, the common thickness is 0.13–0.18 mm, while for floor warning it is 0.13–0.14 mm. Widths include 19 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, and 50 mm, and lengths range from 10 m to 50 m. Colors are available in red, yellow, blue, green, white, black, brown, gray, and silver gray. We also offer two-color stripes such as yellow-black and red-white for safety warnings, which are highly visible. Adhesives include rubber, hot melt, and acrylic types, with acrylic offering the best weather resistance for outdoor use.

One chemical plant uses our PVC tape for pipe marking, printing "steam" and arrows to indicate flow direction, helping workers avoid mistakes. Another customer manufactures electrical cabinets and uses PVC tape to bundle wires. Different colors indicate different voltages: red for 380 V, yellow for 220 V, and blue for 24 V. Our printing is clear and durable, without smudging. The minimum order quantity is 5000 square meters, and different colors and printed content can be mixed. Production takes approximately 10 working days, with sampling taking 7 working days. Free samples are available for testing.
